Invoice & Material Release Policy
Our policy is to invoice at the time the digital assets are delivered via email.
Payment must be made prior to downloading images
Photoshoots done on weekdays are delivered next-day. Weekend photoshoots are delivered Monday.
The purchaser of hereby digital photographs has been licensed to utilize digital images for any reasonable commercial purpose, including but not limited to: printing, copying, emailing, and web publishing. This license does not include uses that result in financial gain, including but not limited to: stock photography royalties, print sales, publishing or resale of any nature that links to monetary gains.
Upon complete and successful download of purchased digital files, Grain Photo & Video, Inc. is released from any liability due to loss or damage of files, and also releases Grain Photo & Video, Inc. from any obligation to maintain copies of any digital file, image, or photograph. You hereby grant Grain Photo & Video, Inc. the right to use and publish images and photographs taken at your photography session to further promote its service, including portfolio, website, display, advertisement, and editorial use. Grain Photo & Video, Inc. agrees to limit the use of these images and photographs to promotional use only.
Grain Photo & Video, Inc. retains all copyrights to the images and derivative works thereof. By downloading any image, you are agreeing to the above terms. Grain Photo & Video, Inc. may revoke this license at any time and for any reason.
Grain Photo & Video, Inc. retains the copyrights to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law)
Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
Rescheduling or cancelling your photoshoot is free of charge, provided that reschedule or cancellation request is communicated to our office by 11:59 pm the day before the scheduled photoshoot.
A $49.00 Same-day Cancellation fee will be assessed for reschedule/cancelation requests received on the day of the scheduled photoshoot, given that no prior notice was provided.
